At N1 Outfit, we aim for transparency and convenience for our clients. Please read the conditions for returns and exchanges carefully.
1. Return Period- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return / Exchange Procedure- The client must email: support@n1outfit.com, specifying the order number and reason for return.
- After confirmation, the client ships the product back to the supplier address in China, or via an EU logistics partner if available.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refund Conditions- Once the product is received and inspected by the supplier, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
4. Limitations- Products that have been used or damaged by the client are not eligible for return.
- All products are legally sourced unbranded (“no-name”) items; no brand guarantees are provided.
